Bernardo Porcellini is a Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor. He joined Spada Partners in 2017, after gaining professional experience with major firms belonging to international networks.

He provides professional advice and assistance on tax and accounting matters to commercial, industrial, and holding companies.

With a focus on innovation, since the beginning of his career he has been building a remarkable expertise in extraordinary business transactions and in the restructuring of corporate groups.

He graduated in Economics and Business Legislation from Università Cattolica of Milan in 2007.

He is fluent in English and French.
