Massimo Fagioli is registered with the Association of Certified Public Accountants, Auditors and Advisors of Milan. After collaborating with another tax consulting firm, he joined Spada Partners in 2018 where he mainly delivers professional advisory services on financial restructuring, turnaround and insolvency procedures, business valuations, financial due diligence, and M&A.

He graduated with honors in Economics and Business Legislation from Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi of Milan.

He is fluent in Italian and English.
