Pasquale Miracolo is mainly focused on corporate tax law, group taxation and extraordinary transactions. He also has a significant experience on VAT matters.

After working at one of the major tax and law firms in Italy for approximately 3 years, he joined Spada Partners in 2016.

He graduated in Economics and Corporate Law from the Bocconi University of Milan in 2013 and obtained a post-graduate master degree in International Tax Law from IBFD in Amsterdam in 2021. He has been registered with the Association of Certified Public Accountants since 2016.

He is fluent in Italian and English.
