Uberto Zappa is registered with the Association of Certified Public Accountants, Auditors and Advisors of Milan and with the Register of Auditors. After working for major international tax law firms, he joined Spada Partners (then named studio Spadacini) in 2015.

His professional training is mainly focused on corporate and group taxation, M&A, and international taxation. He has gained remarkable expertise also in the area of taxation of natural persons, providing assistance to families on matters such as management of investments abroad, generational transitions, estate and trust management. He has also provided advice to corporate groups on the implementation of incentive plans and on the management of expatriates or seconded workers.

He obtained his degree in Economics and Business Administration from Università degli Studi of Bergamo in 2010.

He is fluent in Italian and English.
