“I believe (and hope) that people appreciate me for my involvement and for the practicality and effectiveness that I put into my work, always with the same motivation, perseverance, and effort that are required in any marathon.”

Cristiano Proserpio

Cristiano Proserpio was born and raised in Milan, where he graduated in Business and Economics from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. Since 2003, he has been registered with the Milan Association of Certified Public Accountants, Auditors and Advisors, with the Register of Statutory Auditors, with the Register of Expert Witnesses of the Court of Milan, Civil Division, specialties “valuation of businesses and extraordinary transactions”, and with the List of Experts for negotiated settlements aimed at the resolution of business crises.

He joined the Firm in 2004 and, in 2007, he became a partner in the division devoted to M&A, restructuring, and corporate finance. He built up a significant experience by providing assistance to private equity funds and companies in acquisitions, business crisis management, and extraordinary finance transactions.
He consistently serves as a statutory auditor of industrial companies, including listed companies and entities operating in the financial market, and occasionally delivered presentations at conferences on business crisis management and bankruptcy procedures.

In his “lighter” days, he practices running and, albeit with less brilliant results, road and off-road biking. Then, whenever he can, off he goes to nearby and distant places and countries.

He is fluent in Italian and English.
