Born in Bologna, Francesco Molinari started his professional career in 2001, became a partner in one of the leading Italian tax law firms and joined Spada Partners in 2021, where he is a partner at the Rome office.

He graduated with honors in Business and Economics from the Alma Mater Studiorum di Bologna, obtained a post-graduate master degree in tax law from “Il Sole 24 Ore” and a post-graduate master degree “EmIAS – Executive Master on international accounting standards (2010)” from LUISS Guido Carli in Rome. He collaborated with “Il Sole 24 ore” and writes articles for “Il Fisco” Ipsoa.

He is mainly focused on domestic and international tax, corporate and accounting advisory services, corporate restructuring and valuations. Since 2014, he has been a Member of the Strategic Finance and Financial Markets Commission of the Association of Certified Public Accountants, Auditors and Advisors of Bologna. He serves as an Auditor of several Italian, listed and unlisted companies.

Francesco Molinari has a profound love for philosophy, which he absorbed from his family, and for travelling because it allows you to dive into and experience different cultures.

He is fluent in Italian and English.
