Gaetano Marafioti is registered with the list of trainees of the Association of Certified Public Accountants, Auditors and Advisors of Rome.

He joined Spada Partners in 2022, after working for a tax law firm.

He mainly deals with domestic and international tax consulting, VAT and taxation in M&A transactions.

He obtained his second-level degree in Administration, Finance and Control in 2021 and his first-level degree in Economics and Management in 2019, both from “Luiss Guido Carli” University in Rome.

He is fluent in Italian and English.
