Giorgio Corti is registered with the list of trainees of the Association of Certified Public Accountants, Auditors and Advisors of Milan, section A. He joined Spada Partners in 2020, where he mainly deals with professional consulting on M&A, financial due diligence, business valuations and financial restructuring.

He graduated with full marks in Banking and Finance from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan in 2020. In 2018, he obtained his Bachelor Degree in Financial Markets and Business Economics with full marks from the same university, both with double degree.

In 2019, he obtained his diploma in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science, double degree.

He is fluent in Italian, English and French.
