Matteo Danelli has been registered with the Association of Certified Public Accountants, Auditors and Advisors of Milan since 2016. He joined Spada Partners in 2021 after collaborating with a law and tax firm belonging to an international network for 10 years.

He is mainly focused on domestic and international taxation and activities concerning tax due diligence, group reorganization and extraordinary transactions.

He graduated in Economics and Business Legislation from Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi of Milan in 2012. He is fluent in Italian and English.
