Cesare Piovene Porto Godi has been registered with the Register of Auditors since 1995. He joined Spada Partners (then named studio Spadacini) in 1973, first as an associate and then as a partner.

He worked on the corporate and financial restructuring of several companies and produced expert reports on corporate and bankruptcy matters.

During his professional development, he held important positions in companies and banking and industrial groups, including entities listed on the Italian Stock Exchange, thereby gaining significant expertise in the field of corporate governance.

He graduated in Business and Economics from the University of Parma in 1972.

He is fluent in Italian and French.
