Roberto Fracassi has been registered with the Association of Certified Public Accountants, Auditors and Advisors of Rome and with the Register of Auditors since 2002. He joined Spada Partners in Milan in February 2021.

He developed his professional expertise in corporate and tax law and also worked on the restructuring of corporate groups and on corporate supervision and control.

He obtained his degree in Business and Economics from Università “La Sapienza” in Rome in 1995. He is fluent in Italian and English.
