Born in Liguria, Fabrizio Gnecco joined Spada Partners in 2011 and became a partner in 2022. After graduating in Business and Economics from the Genoa University, he started his career in the domain of subsidized business finance with a major tax advisor, and filled the role of tax and budget manager for a multinational group. He is registered with the Association of Certified Public Accountants, Auditors and Advisors of Genoa and with the Register of Auditors.

He provides business, tax and accounting advisory services to domestic and international companies and groups, deals with corporate and group reorganization transactions and with extraordinary finance and merger and acquisition transactions. He serves as a Statutory Auditor of several Italian companies.

Furthermore, he gained a significant experience in the management of companies working in the real-estate, tourism, fashion, and entertainment businesses.

Fabrizio Gnecco is very fond of cycling. He rigorously uses his bike to move around Milan and especially through the inland areas of his beloved Liguria, which he visits whenever he can, together with his family. He loves antiquities and likes reading history and philosophy books.

He is fluent in English and French.
