Tommaso Bartolucci joined Spada Partners in 2022. He mainly provides professional consulting on M&A, financial due diligence, business valuations and financial restructuring.

He is registered with the list of trainees of the Association of Certified Public Accountants, Auditors and Advisors of Milan, section A, and with the list of trainees of the Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance, which is a preliminary requirement for obtaining the qualification of Statutory Auditor.

He graduated in Economics and Management in 2020 from Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi of Milan, Exchange Program at Fundação Getúlio Vargas in Sao Paulo, and he is going to graduate in Economics and Legislation in 2022.

He is fluent in Italian, English and Spanish.
