Vito Morriello is a chartered accountant registered with the Association of Certified Public Accountants, Auditors and Advisors of Bologna and with the Register of Auditors since 2017.
After working in the tax division of a major international auditing company, he joined Spada Partners in 2021.

He mainly focuses on corporate, accounting, and tax consulting, on extraordinary transactions and provides assistance in the drafting of financial statements, in addition to serving as a Statutory Auditor of several companies.

He graduated in Economics and Accounting from the school of Economics, Management and Statistics of the Bologna University in 2014.

He is fluent in Italian and English.
