After obtaining his degree in Business and Economics from the Bocconi University, he started his professional career with major fiscal and financial advisors. In 2001, he joined Spada Partners and became one of its partners in 2005. His specialty areas include M&A transactions, mainly in support of Private Equity Funds, corporate restructuring transactions, and fiscal and corporate compliance. He also has a significant expertise in the restructuring of distressed companies and in the direct implementation of crisis management measures.<\/p>\n
He served and still serves as an independent Director and as a member of the Boards of Statutory Auditors of major listed and unlisted companies such as Terna S.p.A., Inwit S.p.A., Unareti S.p.A., Prelios Credit Servicing S.p.A., Aeroporti di Roma S.p.A., Poste Vita S.p.A., Kos S.p.A.<\/p>\n
He loves and practices outdoor sports, including tennis and ski mountaineering. With a great passion for modern art, he mainly collects artworks by Italian artists who, during the period between the two World Wars, experienced Les Ann\u00e9es Folles in Paris, thus becoming undisputed witnesses of a historical era.<\/p>\n
