Raffaella Piraccini has been registered with the Association of Certified Public Accountants, Auditors and Advisors of Milan and with the Register of Auditors since 1999. As from 1997, she has collaborated with major international tax law firms and, as from 2007, she has worked with the NCTM law firm. She has been collaborating with Spada Partners in Milan since 2022.<\/p>\n
Her areas of expertise include tax consulting to multinational companies and groups, international taxation, and M&A, as well as the drafting of requests for rulings. She developed a significant experience with companies working in the health-care and industrial sectors.<\/p>\n
. She authored publications on tax matters and is a lecturer at the high school on economics and finance \u201cEzio Vanoni\u201d. She serves as a statutory auditor in some medium-size and large companies.<\/p>\n
She graduated in Business Administration from the Luigi Bocconi University of Milan in 1995.<\/p>\n
