Alessia Molinengo joined Spada Partners in 2024.

She is registered in the list of trainees of the Association of Certified Public Accountants, Auditors and Advisors of Milan, section A, and in the list of trainees held by the Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance, which is preliminary requirement for obtaining the qualification as a Statutory Auditor.

She mainly provides professional advisory services in the areas of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), financial due diligence, business valuations, and financial restructuring.

She obtained a Master of Science in Accounting, Financial Management and Control from Bocconi University in 2024.

She is fluent in Italian and English.
