Rosaria Cordella is registered in the Register of Trainees of the Milan Association of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts – Section A, as well as in the Register of Trainees of the Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF), as part of the qualifying path toward becoming a Statutory Auditor.

Since 2025, she has been collaborating with Spada Partners, focusing primarily on corporate and group taxation, VAT, and tax aspects of M&A transactions.

She earned her degree in Markets and Business Strategy from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan in 2024.
