Spada Partners assisted Alcedo SGR, as the management company of the Alcedo V private equity fund, in the acquisition of a majority stake in Operamed’s share capital held by Itago SGR through the Itago IV fund and by minority shareholders Giorgio Cravera, Alberto Bellini and Francesco Boldrin.

The firm, with a team led by partner Antonio Zecca, assisted by Emanuele Arpano and Mara Lorusso, handled he financial due diligence, and with a team led by partner Guido Sazbon, assisted by Raffaella Piraccini, Matteo Zucchetti and Gian Maria Bascherini, handled the tax due diligence.
