Federico Tozzo began his collaboration with Spada Partners in 2025, following a previous experience within the M&A team of a financial boutique.

He is enrolled in the trainees’ register of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Milan, Section A, as well as in the MEF trainees’ register, a prerequisite for obtaining the qualification of Statutory Auditor.

His work focuses primarily on professional advisory in the areas of M&A, Financial Due Diligence, Business Valuation, and Restructuring.

In 2025, he earned a Master’s degree in Economics and Management from Carlo Cattaneo University – LIUC in Castellanza.
