Alberto Varallo began his collaboration with Spada Partners in 2025, after gaining four years of experience within the Audit division of a leading accounting firm.
He primarily focuses on accounting and tax consulting in the areas of corporate and group taxation, as well as VAT.
He is a member of the Ordine dei Dottori Commercialisti e degli Esperti Contabili of Novara, Section A, and has been qualified as a Statutory Auditor since 2024.
He earned his degree in Administration, Control, and Profession from the Università del Piemonte Orientale in 2022.
