Pierpasquale Perito has been collaborating with Spada Partners since the end of 2025 and currently provides professional advisory services in M&A, Financial Due Diligence, Business Valuation and Restructuring..

Before joining the Firm, he gained over four years of experience within the Transaction Services team at Grant Thornton, where he worked on buy-side and sell-side Financial Due Diligence engagements on Italian and European mid-market transactions. Previously, he spent three years at KPMG in the Industrial Audit department, working with multinational groups and leading companies in the manufacturing and services sectors.

In 2018, he completed his Master’s Degree in Business Management from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and is currently attending an Executive Master in Corporate Finance at Luiss Business School.
