ICG, a global alternative asset manager listed on the London Stock Exchange, and Gruppo Comcreta announce that the European infrastructure fund – ICG Infra – has finalised the partnership agreement with Comcreta.

Spada Partners followed the tax aspects of the transaction for Gruppo Comcreta with a team led by managing partner Roberto Spada, partner Paolo Lorenzo Mandelli and senior manager Pasquale Miracolo.
