Spada Partners advised CDP Venture Capital SGR as lead investor in the Series B investment’s round of 5 millions euro in the Upsurgeon share capital.

The firm managed the  financial due diligence with a team composed by Antonio Zecca, partner, with Francesco De Buglio and Elio Pansini, and the tax due diligence with Luca Zoani, partner, and Pasquale Miracolo.
