Newman, an Italian permanent holding company, has created Vecton, an industrial group active in the design, installation and maintenance of electrical and HVAC systems, dedicated to the management of complex plant systems for industrial, tertiary and critical infrastructure customers.

The financial due diligence aspects have been managed by Spada Partners, with a team made of Antonio Zecca, partner, assisted by Emanuele Arpano, Alessia Molinengo, Elio Pansini and Veronica Ugliano.
