Spada Partners advised Vam Investments in the acquisition of four Swiss companies. The operation led to the birth of Groupe Chaumont, new industrial platform based in Neuchâtel dedicated to the value chain of the high-end Swiss watchmaking. 

The firm assisted Vam for the fiscal aspects with a team lead by Paolo Lorenzo Mandelli, partner, with Pasquale Miracolo and Pierpaolo Colucci.
