Gian Maria Bascherini has been registered with the Association of Certified Public Accountants, Auditors and Advisors of Milan and with the Register of Auditors since 2021.
He joined Spada Partners in 2019 where he mainly deals with domestic and international tax consulting, VAT and taxation in M&A transactions. He also developed professional skills in the areas of Transfer pricing and drafting of Master files and Country files.

He obtained his Master Degree in Economics and Business Legislation from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan in 2019 and a Bachelor Degree in Business Economics from the Pisa University in 2017.

He is fluent in Italian and English.
