Massimo De Luca is registered with the Association of Certified Public Accountants, Auditors and Advisors of Udine. After working for two prestigious tax firms, he joined Spada Partners in May 2021. He mainly focuses on ordinary taxation of companies and groups, international taxation, VAT, and M&A.

He graduated in Administration, Finance and Control, majoring in Professional Consulting, from Università Ca’ Foscari of Venice.

He is fluent in Italian and English.
