Veronica Ugliano is a member of the Order of Chartered Accountants (ODCEC) of Nola (NA), section A.

In 2025 she started a collaboration with Spada Partners, after gaining several years of experience in an international consulting firm in Milan. She specializes in professional consulting on M&A, financial due diligence, company valuations and financial restructuring.

She graduated in Business Administration and Management at University of Naples Federico II in 2021.

She obtained a Level II Master’s degree in LMA from University of Naples Parthenope in 2022.
