Filippo Pellegrinelli began his collaboration with Spada Partners in March 2025.

In 2025, he earned a degree in Administration, Corporate Finance, and Control from Bocconi University in Milan.

He primarily provides professional consulting services in the areas of M&A, Financial Due Diligence, Valuations, and Corporate restructuring. In the area of ​​financial advisory, he handles the structuring of corporate and financial reorganization transactions, including for succession purposes.

He is registered as a trainee with the Milan Association of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts and he is also registered as a trainee with the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) to obtain the qualification as a certified auditor.
