Riccardo Johannes Catania joined Spada Partners in 2025, following previous experience in auditing at a prominent firm in Monza.

He mainly deals with ordinary corporate and group taxation, VAT, and tax matters related to M&A transactions.

He is enrolled in the Register of Trainees of Professional order of accountants and experts in accounting of Milan (Section A) and in the Register of Auditor Trainees held by the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF).

He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Bergamo, where he also obtained his Bachelor’s degree. His academic path included a study abroad period at the University of Exeter (UK).
