Andrea Moretta has been registered with the Association of Certified Public Accountants, Auditors and Advisors of Milan since 2018.

He joined Spada Partners (then named studio Spadacini) in 2014 and he is mainly focused on providing professional advice on M&A, financial due diligence, business valuations and financial restructuring.

He graduated in Economics and Business Legislation from Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi of Milan in 2014.

He is fluent in English and French.
