Roberto Oldrati has been registered with the Association of Certified Public Accountants, Auditors and Advisors since 2014 and with the Register of Auditors since 2015. After working for major professional firms, he joined Spada Partners in 2014.

He provides consulting and assistance on corporate and tax matters. He gained special skills in the areas of M&A, tax and corporate consulting on extraordinary and reorganization transactions, innovative startups, and taxation applicable to artists and athletes.

He graduated with honors in Economics and Business Legislation from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan in 2012.

He is fluent in Italian, English and French.
