Emanuele Arpano is registered with the Association of Certified Public Accountants, Auditors and Advisors of Milan. He joined Spada Partners in 2022 after several years of experience gained first in the Audit division of a major auditing company and then at a lading accounting firm. He mainly provides professional consulting on M&A, financial due diligence, business valuation, and financial restructuring.

He graduated in Economics and Business Legislation from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan in 2017.

He is fluent in Italian and English.
