Born in Milan, Guido Sazbon joined Spada Partners in 2001 and became a partner in 2003, after working with firms connected with international networks. He graduated in Business and Economics from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan and has been registered with the Italian Association of Certified Public Accountants, Auditors and Advisors and with the Register of Auditors since 1995.

His specialty areas include M&A, reorganization of domestic and international groups, and due diligence activities mainly addressed to Private Equity funds. His expertise in tax and corporate matters is supplemented by his advisory activities delivered both nationally and internationally. He also serves as a statutory auditor of several domestic and international companies working in different economic sectors.
