Maria Cristina Iocolano has been registered with the Palermo Bar Association since 2021. She joined Spada Partners in 2025, after working in leading professional firms, where she specialised in corporate law and business consulting.

She provides support in carrying out audits for boards of statutory auditors.

She graduated in Law from the Libera Università Maria SS. Assunta in 2016 and obtained a Level II Master’s Degree in Corporate Law and Business Consulting (MiDPI) from the same university in 2022.
