Susanna Ipprio has been a member of the Bar of Milan since 2014. She joined Spada Partners in 2020, after practicing criminal law and corporate consulting in respect of corporate administrative liability pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree no. 231/01 with law firms based in Milan and with a consulting company.

She is specialized in providing assistance to Companies on corporate administrative liability and on the preparation of Compliance Schemes. She provides support to Supervisory Boards in the management of their activities pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree no. 231/01 and to Boards of Statutory Auditors for the performance of their audits. She serves in the Supervisory Boards of national and multinational companies, including public ones and in-house, pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree no. 231/01.

She graduated in law from Università Commerciale L. Bocconi of Milan in 2012 and obtained hel post-graduate Master Degree in Corporate Criminal Law (MiDPI) from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan in 2015.

She is fluent in Italian and English.
