Stefania Bettoni has been a partner at Spada Partners since 2007, after joining the firm in 2003 and after working with a leading tax and accounting consulting firm. Born in Brescia, she graduated in economic and social sciences (DES) from the Bocconi University in 1994.

She is largely involved in the matters handled by the firm thanks to her special skills and abilities and she coordinates the team devoted to the accounting and fiscal management of investment vehicles, both Private Equity Funds and financial and industrial, both family-run and multinational, holding companies. She also has a significant experience in providing accounting and fiscal assistance to financial entities, notably asset management companies and SICAV’s.

She served and still serves as an independent Director and member of the Board of Statutory Auditors of major listed and non-listed companies such as Poste Air Cargo S.r.l., Antares Vision S.p.A., ePrice S.p.A. Polis Fondi Sgr S.p.A., Essilor Italia S.p.A., Gruppo Editoriale Mauri Spagnol S.p.A.

Passionate about crime novels and unexplored routes, Stefania Bettoni loves spending her weekends with her husband in Piedmont discovering small villages and good inns where one can eat good food and talk pleasantly about everything except for figures.

She is fluent in Italian and English.
