Paolo Lorenzo Mandelli is a Tax Lawyer. He obtained his law degree from Università Statale degli Studi of Milan and started his professional career at the international tax consulting firm Arthur Andersen. Then, he worked for Deloitte as a tax advisor for 7 years and in 2007 joined Spada Partners where he became a partner in 2008.

His specialty areas include business income, financial taxation, corporate reorganizations, and acquisition transactions, as well as personal assets and generational transition planning.

Over the years, he also developed a remarkable experience in managing pre-litigation tax issues and in providing advice to non-commercial entities and individuals. He also dealt with tax matters in the fields of arts and sports. He authored several papers on tax topics. He served and still serves as a statutory auditor of listed and non-listed industrial and financial companies.

Married and father of four, Paolo Lorenzo Mandelli plays the piano – Bach in particular – and likes to deejay at parties with friends. Originally from the Brianza area, he loves Formula One races but, whenever he can, he enjoys walking in the nearby forest with his family and his beloved German Shepard.
