Joined Spada Partners in 2025. Previously, Stefano held senior roles in corporate finance at PwC (Director) and Grant Thornton (Equity Partner), gaining substantial experience in transaction services and post-deal activities.

He graduated from the University of Bergamo and the University of Sheffield and is a Certified International Investment Analyst (CIIA).

Within the Financial Advisory department at Spada Partners, he advises clients on financial due diligence (buy-side and sell-side), the structuring of complex pricing mechanisms, post-deal activities, and extraordinary transactions.

His main clients include private equity funds, club deals, and large industrial groups.

His sector focus includes industrial products, consumer goods and retail, business services, and food and agri-business.

Outside the office, he cultivates a passion for reading and sports and enjoys a good glass of wine—especially when shared.
